New services and coverage. No new services or betas launched in the window. Arc Mainnet (Circle, chain 5042) went live Sept 16 with day-one support from Etherscan API v2 (community endpoints free until Oct 15, then Lite $49/mo, source/ABI free forever — identical terms to Robinhood Chain), QuickNode (archive and debug_trace on free accounts) and Pinax (RPC, Firehose, Substreams). Arc is outside this watch's focus areas, but Pinax shipping Firehose within hours bodes well for its Robinhood Chain coverage as a HyperSync fallback.

Act by date. Alchemy switches new EIP-7702 accounts to SemiModularAccount7702 v1.1.0 on Sept 21 and sunsets nine legacy NFT endpoints on Sept 30. Avalanche Helicon activates on mainnet Sept 22 at 15:00 UTC on AvalancheGo v1.15.0 (no v1.15.1 exists, no postponement); Chainstack's upgrade notes flag that admin/personal/warp namespaces, eth_accounts, eth_coinbase and eight debug_* methods disappear and that latest may lag accepted height under continuous execution — check All That Node and HyperRPC once live. Moralis drops Moonbeam, Moonriver and Lisk on Sept 25, the same day ETHGlobal Tokyo starts. Sui's archival JSON-RPC fallback ends "end of September". Nansen's 2x window closes Sept 27. QuickNode Solana gRPC metering rises to 15 credits per 0.1 MB on Oct 1, the Arbitrum Open House buildathon closes around Oct 2, Colosseum's World's Fair closes Oct 12, and Etherscan's free Robinhood Chain community window ends Oct 15.

Changes to tracked providers. Moralis now lists Robinhood Chain (and Tempo) among 31 chains on moralis.com/chains, reversing the Sept 12 record; pricing is unchanged and there is still no free tier, so confirm which products cover 4663 before leaning on it. Nansen's docs now count 38 chains, show Pro at $69/mo monthly versus $49 annual, and price x402 pay-per-call at $0.01 basic and $0.05 premium. The other 28 providers in today's rotation (GeckoTerminal through Moralis, NEAR through Ormi, plus 1RPC, Alchemy, All That Node, Ankr and Pangea) matched the record on free tier, rate limits, paid-from and promos, and all sixteen official changelogs were quiet in the 48-hour window.

Gaps. Maestro's pricing page still returns 429, Ankr's and All That Node's pricing pages are unreadable (docs used instead), and dRPC's undated blog kept its Arc post unconfirmed. Alchemy's free-tier throughput (500 vs 300 CU/s) and All That Node's free CUPS (20 vs 150) still disagree between marketing and docs.
