New services. No material new service launch surfaced in the selected official 48-hour sweep. QuickNode published several network-upgrade notices; the Solana Testnet Alpenglow window is today, 16:00–18:00 UTC, with activation expected around 17:30. Mainnet is unaffected.

Act by date. Moralis removes Moonbeam, Moonriver and Lisk tomorrow, Sep 25; ETHGlobal Tokyo runs Sep 25–27. QuickNode Base v1.4.1 is scheduled Sep 28–29; Solana Mainnet Agave 4.3 runs Sep 29–Oct 4 and changes accepted encodings for several RPC methods. Sui’s archival JSON-RPC fallback is due to disconnect around month-end (no exact day published). Changes and risk. QuickNode says Cosmos block production resumed and full nodes served latest blocks, but archive restoration remained ongoing at the latest update. BlockPI still lists Cosmos RPC/LCD components in Partial Outage. Allium retains an unresolved Cosmos incident while current component indicators appear operational; impact is unclear. Blockstream’s Liquid security assessment says a reorg removed roughly 4,000 unbacked LBTC from the current chain; peg operations remained suspended in its Sep 17 update. This does not indicate an Esplora API outage. The current CoinMarketCap pricing page lists Basic at 15,000 credits/month and 50 requests/minute, matching an earlier comparison but conflicting with Sep 11/16 page captures at 10,000/30. Dune’s API rate-limit docs now explicitly say Free is view-only with no API access; its credit docs still list 2,500 monthly Free credits.

Gaps. This remains a bounded sweep, not a page-by-page audit. DoubleZero’s official pages returned 403; Envio’s HyperIndex tier estimator exposes only partial detail; Dune’s pricing page is JavaScript-rendered and its credit documentation conflicts with the API restriction. Provider-page coverage outside the oldest slice is incomplete, and no historical daily runs were fabricated.
