Etherscan API v2 adds Arc Mainnet (chainid 5042): community endpoints free until Oct 15, then Lite+verified
Etherscan's changelog entry of Sept 16 adds Arc Mainnet (Circle's USDC-gas EVM L1, chainid 5042) to API v2, the same day the chain went live. Community endpoints are free on every plan until October 15, 2026, after which they require a Lite plan ($49/mo) or above; source-code and ABI endpoints stay free on all tiers. Same terms as the Robinhood Chain (4663) entry posted the same day.

Etherscan's supported-chains doc now flags 31 of 68 chains as paid-tier only (Avalanche C-Chain included) and, as of Sep 1, 2026, Gnosis community endpoints require a Lite ($49/mo) plan or above.
