BlockPI's Sui Builder Program offers variable free service credits and tiered support; projects and individuals can apply through the official form. Approved eligible pre-Series A teams can apply for eight Helius Business months ($4,000 stated value) through the Startup Launchpad. Alchemy's Startup Program offers Alchemy credits, $5,000 AWS credits and engineering support. Dwellir invites teams above 1 billion monthly requests to ask for 50%+ PAYG savings on its pricing page.

New services and betas. Goldsky's Wallet & Portfolio Feeds provide Transfers and Balances for seven EVM networks at $0.35/1,000 requests with no monthly minimum. The $100 credit covers about 285,000 requests; enable a feed in the dashboard to create its API key. No request-rate cap is published, and streaming availability is unclear. The Graph's Q3 review announced beta Hosted Stores (block-aware key/value storage with gRPC ingestion) and Hosted Sinks (read-only GraphQL); no pricing or quotas were listed.

Act by date. Moralis still schedules Sei Testnet removal today across Data API, Streams and Datashare; update/delete Streams targeting 0x530. Arbitrum Open House registration closes today and submissions Oct 4; the listing renders conflicting local times and no timezone. QuickNode's Solana Agave upgrade runs through Oct 4, with endpoints available. Maintenance: World Chain and Zcash Testnet Oct 5; Polygon, Tempo and Sepolia fork Oct 6; Hedera Relay and Stacks Oct 7; Optimism-Stack and Hedera Mirror Oct 8. Starknet's notice conflicts on Oct 5/6. Provider changes and risks. PublicNode now lists 78 networks. SQD's public Portal offers keyless traces/state diffs (~50 MB/month; exploration only). Routescan paid request caps are corrected; Shovel documents a hosted Dedicated plan but no price. SolanaFM requires authentication, but its docs do not say whether that means an API key. QuickNode says Functions will be deprecated soon without a date. TON Mainnet performance remains degraded since Oct 1 19:37 UTC; QuickNode's latest listed update is Oct 2 00:52 UTC. Added the incident risk type.

Gaps. Gelato, Polkachu, Ponder and Radix pricing remain unreadable; Shroom's sunset/successor terms, Explorer MCP availability and SolanaFM credential mechanics are unresolved. The Arbitrum timezone and Goldsky streaming status remain unclear.
