Gaps
Arbitrum's terms PDF returned 403; the readable event listing omits timezone. Starknet's date conflict and Sui's exact day remain unknown. Birdeye's current official pages disagree on Growth RPS; Space and Time, Zeeve, Subscan and The Graph Market pricing could not be fully read. QuickNode's status dashboard was readable, but some direct incident links were not. No new provider entrant was independently confirmed in the bounded search.
