Claimable
Colosseum’s Crypto World’s Fair closes Oct 12 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific; official rules list $840,000 in prizes and up to $2.5 million in seed funding (register and submit). Goldsky offers a one-time $100 Starter credit without a card (pricing). Eligible pre-Series A teams can apply to Helius for eight free Business months (Launchpad). Onchain startups can apply to Alchemy for credits (amount unpublished) and $5,000 in AWS credits (program). Teams exceeding one billion monthly requests can contact Dwellir sales for a custom discount of 50% or more (pricing).
New services and changes
Midnight’s Foundation-hosted Mainnet RPC and indexer retired Sep 30 at 22:00 UTC; Preprod endpoints shut from Oct 9 at 22:00 UTC. Blockfrost is now the primary public provider for Mainnet and Preprod, offering Node JSON-RPC and a GraphQL indexer. Each environment needs its own project token; the free plan provides 50,000 requests/day. Blockfrost also lists Preview as Beta, while Midnight says its existing Preview endpoints remain unchanged (Midnight migration notice, Blockfrost docs, plans).
QuickNode resolved Solana’s Alpenglow Regenesis at Oct 11 00:04 UTC and completed Agave v4.3.0 maintenance at 00:00 UTC; endpoints remained available, with Transaction V1 encoding and 32-address reward-call limits documented (status). Its board also records two resolved Morph EU incidents on Oct 10 (02:00–04:00 and 08:50–22:19 UTC) and an Arbitrum Nova halt on Oct 9 (13:21–13:30 UTC). The completed Starknet upgrade sets a 5×10^13 wei minimum for L1-to-L2 fee estimates.

Changes and gaps
No confirmed plan price, rate, or access changes were found in the rotating slice. Nodit's general health page labels Aptos operational, but it does not distinguish the suspended Aptos Testnet APIs; service restoration remains unconfirmed. Alchemy’s free throughput and Infura’s free quotas remain conflicted; ZAN’s official docs disagree on 270 versus 400 credits/second, and All That Node lists 20 versus 150 CUPS. DoubleZero and Unmarshal pages did not load; Dune’s pricing page remains script-rendered and its current Free/API terms are not fully confirmed. Date-only Oct 8 announcements cannot be placed against the exact 48-hour cutoff. This was a bounded official-source sweep.
